Complete Communication Services offers an easy and convenient way to pay your monthly cable television bill. We call it Bank Deduct.
You should receive a copy of your cable bill by the 5th of the month. Please verify the amount and then deduct this from your checkbook. There will not be a draft placed with your canceled checks, instead there will be a line item listed on your bank statement. The line item will reference the month and year of the billing statement and also list CATV with it. Some of the banks will reference our parent company, Stratford Mutual Telephone Co. with this line item as well because our ACH program is listed under that name with our bank
Bank Deduct saves you time, trouble of writing a check, postage and eliminates possible lost payments. Bank Deduct costs you no more than an ordinary check.
Please download and complete the Bank Deduct Form and return it to us. Upon receipt, we will notify your bank and begin debiting your account with the next billing.
